I had an absolutely amazing stay! This family-friendly hotel radiates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and its top-notch location in downtown Pescara can't be beaten. My room was elegant, clean, and featured central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV. the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. I loved that the hotel is just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, bars, and local attractions such as the cathedral and Gabriele d'Annunzio's birthplace museum. It's also conveniently close to the river and plenty of fast-food options. Plus, it's just a quick 5-minute drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers. a fantastic experience!

Our stay at B&B Palazzo De Il Nuovo Duca Minimo was delightful! the room was equipped with an electric kettle, climate control, and television, which we really appreciated. the location was fantastic-just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit, making our explorations easy and enjoyable. Plus, it was conveniently located only 3 km from Safa and Marwa Hill. a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, easy to reach and located in downtown, making it convenient to get around the city. I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern facilities of the room, including a washing machine, helpful. The staff was friendly and communicative. They even set up a taxi to pick me up from the airport, convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the member of staff who served me was always attentive and accommodating. I feel that I got the best value for the money I spent on this hotel.

There were some downsides to our Easter weekend stay. the noise level outside was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Loved the comfortable beds and pillows which gave us a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of all the key city attractions. We also appreciated the modern bathroom which had a fantastic shower that made us feel refreshed.

Really kind staff, prepared in a lovely room, served on a wide kitchen table. Superb for sharing and taking over the entire complex. Funky area at night with numerous street bars and food. No disturbance, quiet side street.
